A low cost counselling service for trainee counsellors.
It is our privilege to be a part of your process.
Online therapy
To be able to offer this low cost service across the UK, nearly all of our sessions are online. During the pandemic online counselling became the only source of counselling available to us all. Even though our lives are no longer limited by the pandemic, many things have remained online. Online therapy is one of them because it has shown a real positive outcome for many people. The BACP have done research into online therapy and have found that it is just as effective as in person therapy.
In person sessions available in the Bradford and Leeds area only.
There are face to face counselling sessions available at 2 locations charging a rate of £35 per session if you are in the Bradford or Leeds area.
The reason for the rate increase for this option is to cover room hire.
